When contacting us, please have your order number and product information ready so that we can assist you more efficiently.
In the event that a repair or replacement is necessary, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will repair or replace it and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Warranty & Returns:
At LowFi Wireless, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That’s why we offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our products from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product within the first year of ownership, please contact us for support.
DIMO: All DIMO devices sold are covered under the LowFi and DIMO Warranty Policy.
LowFi will honor and adhere to all warranties and return policies offered by Digital Infrastructure Inc. With the exception of crypto purchases. Crypto purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE with the exception of manufacturer error. For all RMAs outside of the US, customers must cover shipping and brokerage fees.
